Terms of sale

This is an English translation of our French terms of sale (conditions générales de vente). In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Livia, an online editor for representing a home in 3D and placing furniture in it, and the purchase of its plans, offered by LDT INVEST (“we”).

2. Account

Examples, templates and drawing by hand can be used without an account. Creating an account is free and is done with a link sent by email, or with a Google or Apple account. Temporary email addresses are not accepted. You are responsible for the information you enter.

3. Plans and prices

  • Free: free, with an account. One generation by AI (a floor plan, or up to 5 photos, or a description), unlimited edits of walls, dimensions, doors and floors, 3 furniture creations in total for the account (a deleted creation is not returned; duplicating or copying a piece of furniture counts as a creation), free editing of existing furniture, 3D walkthrough, Plan view and a share link bearing the mention “Made with Livia”.
  • Room: 19€ including VAT, one-time payment for one home in which a single room is furnished. Unlimited furniture in that room, 20 requests to the assistant, one floor plan import and 10 photos analyzed.
  • Home: 39€ including VAT, one-time payment for an entire home. Unlimited furniture, 100 requests to the assistant, 3 floor plan imports and 30 photos analyzed, real-time collaboration for two, dimensioned PDF floor plan, high-definition images, share link without the mention.
  • Multi-home: 79€ including VAT, one-time payment for three homes, each with the content of the Home plan and up to 4 people. Homes not yet used are activated from the account, each for 90 days from its activation.
  • Extension: 27€ including VAT, 90 additional days of editing for one home. It is optional, purchased at your request, and never charged automatically.

Each paid plan gives 90 days of editing from the payment; the project then remains viewable with no time limit. During an offer announced on the site, some plans give a longer duration (for example 180 days): the duration displayed at the time of payment is recorded on your order and remains yours after the offer ends. Upgrading to a higher plan only costs the price difference. Assistant, import and photo quotas apply per home, for the whole duration of the project.

  • Pro offer (interior decorators, interior designers, property managers): on quotation, under specific terms provided with the proposal.

This is not a subscription: no payment is renewed. Prices in euros include all taxes; the applicable VAT is that of your country of residence when the regulations require it. For customers located outside Europe, prices are displayed in US dollars excluding tax, any tax due being added at the time of payment.

4. Payment and invoice

Payment is made online through Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). The plan is activated as soon as payment is confirmed. An invoice showing the amounts excluding tax, the tax and the total is sent by email. Business customers in the European Union can enter their intra-community VAT number: after verification, the invoice is issued excluding tax under the reverse-charge mechanism (article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC).

5. Right of withdrawal

The plans give access to digital content supplied immediately. In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, by ticking the box provided before payment, you request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. This request and this acknowledgment are confirmed to you by email after payment.

6. Money-back guarantee

If the artificial intelligence cannot read your floor plan (rooms missing, misplaced or illegible to the point that the model cannot be used), we will refund the plan in full, simply by writing to contact@bylivia.xyz within 14 days of payment. This commercial guarantee is in addition to the legal guarantees; it does not depend on the right of withdrawal you have waived. See our refund policy.

7. Nature of the results

The model and the dimensioned floor plan are indicative representations. Dimensions derived from a floor plan, a photo or the assistant may contain errors: check important measurements on site before any purchase or work. The assistant and the analysis of floor plans and photos rely on artificial intelligence and can make mistakes.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep the service accessible and your data backed up, without being able to guarantee permanent availability.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.

10. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to contact@bylivia.xyz: we will reply within 7 days and look for an amicable solution with you. Failing agreement, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator we are registered with: name, website and address of the consumer mediator (to be completed). You can also bring the matter before the competent courts.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of discrepancy between this translation and the French version, the French version prevails.
