Drop a floor plan (PDF, JPG, PNG): the AI traces the rooms, doors and dimensions, and the house appears in 3D.
No floor plan? One photo per room is enough: the AI estimates the dimensions and lays out the home.
Drag a partition, turn a window into a French door, split a room in two.
Place furniture from the catalog, slide it against the walls, rotate it; distances and alerts update live.
Add a floor, place the staircase (the opening cuts itself), choose the roof.
Ask for a 3-story house, then “Furnish the whole living room”: everything builds before your eyes.
Walk through the furnished home at eye level.
Guides
Import a floor plan
The floor plan from your lease or inspection report, from a listing, an architect’s PDF or simply a photo of a paper plan: as PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC. Photograph the plan flat, in full, without glare.
If the PDF is over 3 MB, export just the page with the floor plan. Add a note if you know it (“2-bedroom, 730 sq ft, 270 sq ft living room”): it helps Livia set the dimensions.
Livia traces the walls, doors and windows with their dimensions. Then check the important lengths in Plan view: select a wall, then drag it.
Watch the videoNo floor plan? Start from photos
Upload a photo of each room; the listing photos are enough. Livia estimates the dimensions from the doors, furniture and floor tiles, and lays out the rooms.
Then correct the dimensions in Plan view, using lengths measured on site. With a floor plan, photos dress up the model: flooring, wall colors, radiators, fireplace, beams.
Watch the videoDraw your home by hand
Start from a blank page and draw your rooms as rectangles: the walls place themselves. Name each room, then add the doors and windows.
Add a floor, place the staircase (the opening in the floor cuts itself) and choose the roof. All of this is free, no account needed.
Watch the videoFurnish to exact measurements
Sectional, bed, wardrobe, table: slide catalog furniture against the walls and rotate it. Distances to the walls are shown, and the editor warns you when a piece blocks a door or a window.
Your home in 3D is free, and so are 3 pieces of furniture with your account. To furnish the whole home, plans start at $19 for one room: unlimited furniture, at its real size and in its real colors.

Real-time collaboration is included in the Home plan, and up to 4 people per home with Multi-home. On the Room plan, upgrading to Home only costs the difference.
