It all started with one question: will the couch fit?
Livia is the 3D home planner Léonie and Dimitri were looking for when they moved, and couldn’t find anywhere. So they built it, so anyone can plan their home without a subscription, without an architect and without getting it wrong.
Our story
Léonie and Dimitri build things for the web. Websites, apps, data: for years, they’ve built tools that make things simple for other people.
Yet when it came time to plan their own home, the question was a simple one: would the sectional fit in the living room, and would the wardrobe fit under the sloped ceiling? They had the floor plan from the listing, a few photos, and an evening ahead of them.
What they found surprised them. Free software, but built for architects, where it takes an hour to redraw three walls. Beautiful apps, but with a monthly subscription for a need that lasts a few weeks. And interior designers, wonderful, but overkill for finding out whether a couch gets through a door.
They ended up like everyone else: a tape measure, graph paper, furniture cut out of cardboard. And a wardrobe that, on moving day, wouldn’t make it up the stairs.
“We build tools for other people all year long. Why not this one, for everyone?”
So they built the tool they were missing. A planner that reads the floor plan for you with AI, rebuilds the home from simple photos, places furniture at its exact size, warns you when a wardrobe blocks a door, and lets two people plan together, each from their own home.
And above all, a fair model: you start for free, and if you want to go further, you pay once per project, the price of a throw pillow rather than a subscription.

A move takes a few weeks, not twelve months. With Livia, you pay once, and nothing is ever charged without you. And the essentials stay free.

No jargon, no training: if you can upload a photo, you can make your floor plan in 3D. With your finger on a phone, with a mouse on a computer.

Exact, down to the centimeter
A pretty picture isn’t enough: a couch that “more or less fits” doesn’t fit. Every wall, every piece of furniture, every distance can be adjusted precisely.

Your floor plans stay yours
Your floor plans and photos are used to create your home, then they’re not kept: only the result goes into your project. They don’t train any AI.
