1. The home
From a floor plan (PDF, JPG, PNG), Livia rebuilds the walls, doors and windows with their dimensions. No plan? It estimates them from your photos, or you draw the rooms yourself, exactly to size.

2. Fine-tuning
Tap a wall, a door or a window, then drag it: the rooms follow. Add a partition, a floor, change the flooring. Photos of each room dress up the model: floors, colors, radiators.

3. The furniture
Sectional, bed, wardrobe, table: everything adjusts to the exact size. Distances to the walls are shown, and the editor warns you when a piece blocks a door or a window.

Frequently asked questions
The listing has no floor plan. What can I do?
Upload the listing photos: Livia estimates the size of each room from the doors, floor tiles and visible furniture, then lays them out. During a showing, measure two or three lengths to lock in the dimensions.
Are the dimensions reliable?
With a dimensioned floor plan, Livia uses the plan’s measurements. With photos, they’re estimates to check on site: you correct each wall in Plan view, exactly.
Can I compare several homes?
Yes. The Multi-home plan covers three homes ($79), each with everything in the Home plan: handy to compare two or three homes before you decide.
What about new construction?
It’s the ideal case: the builder’s floor plan has every dimension. Upload it, and furnish your future home before the foundation is even poured.
Do I need a subscription?
