1. The home
From a floor plan (PDF, JPG, PNG), Livia rebuilds the walls, doors and windows with their dimensions. No plan? It estimates them from your photos, or you draw the rooms yourself, exactly to size.

2. Fine-tuning
Tap a wall, a door or a window, then drag it: the rooms follow. Add a partition, a floor, change the flooring. Photos of each room dress up the model: floors, colors, radiators.

3. The furniture
Sectional, bed, wardrobe, table: everything adjusts to the exact size. Distances to the walls are shown, and the editor warns you when a piece blocks a door or a window.

Frequently asked questions
Which floor plan formats are accepted?
PDF, JPG, PNG and HEIC (iPhone photos). A scanned plan, a screenshot of the listing or a photo of the paper plan on your table work too.
What if the plan has no dimensions?
Livia then relies on the scale and on things of known size, like doors. Measure one or two lengths on site and correct them in Plan view: the rest follows.
How much does it cost to create a home from a floor plan?
Nothing: your first AI creation is free with an account (one floor plan, or up to 5 photos). You can then place 3 pieces of furniture for free. To furnish the whole home, a plan paid once ($19 for one room, $39 for the whole home, plus tax) also includes more floor plan imports and the dimensioned PDF floor plan.
Do you keep my floor plans?
No. The plan is sent for analysis and is not kept: only the result (walls, rooms, dimensions) is saved in your project.
