How it works
Livia does the heavy lifting: the walls, the dimensions, the furniture, the 3D. It uses AI to go faster: your floor plan is read in seconds, where redrawing it by hand would take an hour.

1. The home
From a floor plan (PDF, JPG, PNG), Livia rebuilds the walls, doors and windows with their dimensions. No plan? It estimates them from your photos, or you draw the rooms yourself, exactly to size.

2. Fine-tuning
Tap a wall, a door or a window, then drag it: the rooms follow. Add a partition, a floor, change the flooring. Photos of each room dress up the model: floors, colors, radiators.

3. The furniture
Sectional, bed, wardrobe, table: everything adjusts to the exact size. Distances to the walls are shown, and the editor warns you when a piece blocks a door or a window.

What floor plans can I import?
The floor plan from your lease or inspection report, from a listing, an architect’s PDF or simply a photo of a paper plan, as PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC. Livia traces the walls, doors and windows with their dimensions in seconds using AI, then you fine-tune with your finger or mouse.
What if I don’t have a floor plan?
Upload a photo of each room; the listing photos are enough. Livia estimates the dimensions from the doors, furniture and floor tiles, and lays out the rooms. You then correct the measurements in Plan view. You can also draw the rooms yourself from measurements taken on site.
What are the photos for?
Without a floor plan, they’re used to rebuild the home. With a floor plan, Livia recognizes each room, picks up the flooring and wall colors, and spots what doesn’t move: radiators, fireplace, beams.
Do I need a subscription?
No. With a free account, the AI creates your home in 3D once (from your floor plan, 5 photos or a description), you edit it as much as you like and place 3 pieces of furniture. To furnish the whole home, you pay once per project: $19 for one room, $39 for the whole home, $79 for three homes, plus tax. Each plan includes 90 days of editing; the extension ($29) is optional and never charged automatically.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Upload the floor plan or photograph the rooms from your phone, then move walls and furniture with your finger: tap to select, drag to move, pinch to zoom.
Can we plan it together?
Yes. Invite the person you’re moving in with: real-time collaboration is included in the Home plan, so you see each other’s cursors, furniture and moving checklist live. With Multi-home, up to 4 people per home.
