No floor plan? Your photos are enough.
One photo of each room, taken during a showing or saved from the listing: Livia estimates the dimensions from the doors, the floor tiles and the furniture, then lays out the rooms into a 3D home you can fine-tune to exact measurements.

What Livia gets from your photos
- 01
The size of each room
A door is about 32 in (83 cm) wide, a floor tile often 24 in (60 cm): Livia uses these landmarks to estimate the width and depth of each room.
- 02
Floors and colors
Hardwood, tile, carpet, wall colors: the model looks like your home, not like a white box.
- 03
What doesn’t move
Radiators, fireplace, beams, windows: Livia spots them so you don’t put the bed in front of the radiator.
How it works
- 01
1. The home
From a floor plan (PDF, JPG, PNG), Livia rebuilds the walls, doors and windows with their dimensions. No plan? It estimates them from your photos, or you draw the rooms yourself, exactly to size.
- 02
2. Fine-tuning
Tap a wall, a door or a window, then drag it: the rooms follow. Add a partition, a floor, change the flooring. Photos of each room dress up the model: floors, colors, radiators.
- 03
3. The furniture
Sectional, bed, wardrobe, table: everything adjusts to the exact size. Distances to the walls are shown, and the editor warns you when a piece blocks a door or a window.
What you’ll be able to do
Floors, walls and colors
Change a floor, a wall color, the fabric of a couch: you see right away if it all works together, and your photos dress up the model.
Furniture, true to size
Place your furniture at its real dimensions and drag it with your finger or mouse: before moving day, you know what fits, and where.
On your phone
Take photos of the rooms, upload the floor plan from your phone, then drag walls and furniture with your finger. You’ll find everything on your computer too.

Frequently asked questions
How many photos do I need?
One per room is enough, taken from a corner so two walls are visible. Two per room, from opposite corners, give a better estimate.
Do listing photos work?
Yes, that’s actually how they’re most often used: you can see a home in 3D before you’ve even toured it.
Are the dimensions exact?
They’re estimates, and the editor marks them as such. During a showing, measure a few lengths and correct them in Plan view: it takes two minutes.
I have a floor plan and photos, what should I do?
Upload both together: the floor plan gives the dimensions, the photos give the floors, the colors and the fixed features.
