1. The home
From a floor plan (PDF, JPG, PNG), Livia rebuilds the walls, doors and windows with their dimensions. No plan? It estimates them from your photos, or you draw the rooms yourself, exactly to size.

2. Fine-tuning
Tap a wall, a door or a window, then drag it: the rooms follow. Add a partition, a floor, change the flooring. Photos of each room dress up the model: floors, colors, radiators.

3. The furniture
Sectional, bed, wardrobe, table: everything adjusts to the exact size. Distances to the walls are shown, and the editor warns you when a piece blocks a door or a window.

Frequently asked questions
All I have is the listing. Is that enough?
Yes. The listing’s floor plan is enough, even as a photo. Without a floor plan, photos of the rooms work too: Livia estimates the dimensions from the doors, floor tiles and furniture, and you can correct the measurements if you take them during a showing.
How do I enter the size of my furniture?
Pick a piece from the catalog (couch, bed, dresser, table…) and type in its dimensions. Your home in 3D is free; furniture is added with a plan, from $19.
How much does it cost for a move?
Nothing to start. To furnish the whole home at your measurements, the Home plan costs $39 plus tax, paid once, with 90 days of editing: enough to plan the move and your first weeks in the new place. No subscription.
Can we plan it together?
Yes, with the Home plan: invite the person you’re moving in with, and you’ll see each other’s cursors and furniture move live, each from your own home.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Photograph the rooms during a showing, upload the floor plan from your phone and move furniture with your finger. You’ll find everything on your computer too.
